How we Operate

You’ll receive comprehensive location reports highlighting strategic advantages and ROI projections tailored to your chosen crops.
2. Documentation & Legal
COnce you select your land, our legal team takes charge of the entire documentation process. We handle property verification, prepare your 99-year lease, secure all necessary government permits including Co Reg, Business Licence Reg, Import Declaration and ensure full compliance with local regulations. Your investment is protected through our established framework with Tanzanian authorities, typically completed within 30 days.
3. Payment & Site Visit
After documentation approval, secure your land with a 30% deposit. While a site visit is optional – many of our investors operate successfully without one – we welcome you to visit your land. During your visit, meet your local team, inspect the property, and finalize development plans. We’ll arrange your entire visit, from airport pickup to government office meetings. 4. Farm Development
Your dedicated farm manager takes control of daily operations, providing regular updates and financial reports through our remote monitoring system. We handle everything from workforce management to export documentation, ensuring your farm operates efficiently while you maintain full oversight from anywhere in the world. Our established market linkages and export support guarantee smooth operations from planting to profit.
